Alright, for those of you who keep up with my journals, you may recall the last one stating that my 'band' has officially (not sure if I spelled that right) started. Well, I'm here to say that recording for the band, has officially started. Zack and I have gotten down three tracks; two are originals and one a cover of a song by Death Cab for Cutie. The (sigh of submission) MySpace should be up before too long and we'll put up the songs along with the lyrics and stuff like that. We'll probably make a new DA for Doraville too (here's some art to wet your whistle: [link]). If you have a Myspace and want us to be your friend, let us know and we'll add you. Tell your friends! If you like our music, let us know! If you think we're posers and make stupid music, screw you! (kidding. We'll turn on 'advance criticism encouraged' for the music) Doraville Station has been born! I'll post another journal when the music is on-line. 'Till then, keep rockin'!

A friend and I (Zackmdowner) have decided to finally get the ball rolling on our band. Well, it's not really a band, but rather two people: one who sings (Zack) and one who plays guitar and can do backup vocals (me). So far it's been a lot of talk, I've recorded some stuff I like and we've gotten together a few times. We've started some stuff, I've written some lyrics and Zack's gone over them. I'll probably end up posting some of the lyrics; tell me what you think and hopefully soon I'll be able to get you a link to the 'band's' Myspace where we'll have some recordings and such.
